Our
team is made up of people who have not only had a lot of experience in the
food business, but more importantly have had many years at Cinnaroll Bakeries,
our parent company. They are owners and have grown with this business since
1987. Everyone has been involved to a very large degree in the growth of the
company and has a sense of pride in the achievements they have influenced.
They are also part of a larger team of support people who help make the day
to day business at Cinnaroll successful. We have a dedicated support staff
made up of trainers, franchise consultants and leasing specialists who will
make the transition into the CinnZeo family a smooth one.
barry
wolton
Barry is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cinnaroll Bakeries and
has more than 23 years of experience in the restaurant and food management
industry. He has been with Cinnaroll Bakeries for more than 11 years rising
from the ranks in operations to Vice-President of Business Development and
Vice-President. Barry was instrumental in the development of Baker Boys concept
and brand marketing. Internationally, Barry spearheaded the expansion of Cinnzeo
franchises in the United States, The Philippines, Southeast Asia and the Middle
East, building Cinnaroll into an international company with a strong retail,
franchise and manufacturing base with revenues of in excess of $20 million
dollars.

Craig is the President of our sister brand, Baker Boys. Craig began his career as a Bakery Manager for CinnZeo in Guildford Towncentre
in Surrey, British Columbia in 1989 and has held every operational position in both companies at one time or another. Craig is instrumental
in our growth by providing advice, counsel and support based on his almost 20 years of experience.

Don is the President of CinnZeo. Don has been associated
with Cinnaroll Bakeries in a variety of capacities since 1989 and was brought on board full time in 2002.
With over 30 years in food service and 20 years doing cinnamon rolls, Don brings a wealth of experience to our leadership. Don's personal involvement with the brand gives our Franchise Partners an unprecedented level of support.
abdelrahim shamroukh
Abdelrahim is the CinnZeo International Franchise Consultant residing in Manama, Bahrain. Abdel began his CinnZeo career as a
franchise partner in 2001 and brings over 25 years of foodservice experience to our team. Abdelrahim is responsible for all international
growth and support including the Middle East, Africa, the Pacific Rim and Europe.
curtis evans
Curtis is the Operations General Manager for CinnZeo. Curtis has close to 20 years in the small business marketing and operations
support arena. He has supported new openings both domestically and internationally for companies such as Juice Zone International.
In this role, Curtis will be responsible for all North American growth and support in both franchise and corporate operations.
megan molotkow
Megan is the Director of Purchasing and Procurement for Cinnaroll Bakeries Ltd. Megan has been in a similar position for the last 20 years
for companies such as Bridge Brand Canada and Moxies restaurants. Since joining the team Megan has substantially reduced costs to our
operators and franchise partners.
erin smale
Erin is the Cinnaroll Bakeries Ltd Administrative Assistant and the first point of contact for our Franchise Partners. Since becoming a part
of the team in 2004 Erin has shown a high level of professionalism and expertise, and the innate ability to handle whatever challenges we throw
at her.
